Will Herman find a guide to show him the way out of this, the Dark Night of his Soul?
    Do manatees have souls?

Reminds me of that old adage, “said the blind man to the deaf child.” Poor Herman. Such unfortunate “karma-phala.” (Yes, that’s a new term I recently learned for “fruits of karma.” That is, if you believe in such a thing. Which, if you got hit with a motorboat of it each day, you surely would.)

Of course the turtle looks angry Neal, he is in a “crab” net. Get it, he’s crabby. Ha ha ha. I’m glad I’m here to amuse me.

Herman the Manatee will delight your whole family in his zany attempts to go about his business before getting maimed by an outboard motorboat. Laugh along as he manages to find himself in trouble again and again! Will that silly manatee never learn?
